Booking & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to delivering a smooth and professional surgical experience.

To help ensure the best outcomes for all patients and maintain the efficiency of our surgical operations, we’ve outlined the following policies regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Deposit Policy

To confirm and reserve your surgical date, a $2,000 non-refundable scheduling fee/ deposit  is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures the operating room, surgical team, nursing staff, and anesthesia team dedicated to your care on the selected date. It also covers administrative coordination and any required pre-operative assessments. This deposit is applied toward your total procedure cost and is not an additional charge.

Payment Methods & Balance Due

The remaining balance for your procedure is due three (3) weeks prior to your surgery date.

We accept:

  • Certified cheque

  • Bank draft

  • Wire transfer

  • E-transfer (Interac)

  • Cash

  • Third-party financing

We also accept Visa Mastercard and Amex for balance payments, 

If you choose to pay via e-transfer, please be mindful of your daily or weekly bank limits to ensure timely payment.

Financing Options

360 Sleeve partners with reputable third-party financing providers, including Medicard and Beautifi, to help make surgery more accessible. You’re welcome to compare rates and choose the option that best suits your financial needs. If you wish to use an alternate financing provider, our team is happy to work with them where possible.

Surgery Reschedule Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. Patients are permitted to reschedule their surgery once without penalty, provided we receive at least 3 weeks’ notice prior to the scheduled surgery date.

If a second rescheduling request is made, a minimum rescheduling fee of $1,000 will apply. The final fee may vary depending on how far in advance the request is submitted.

Please note:
Rescheduling requests made with less than 2 weeks’ notice will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval at our discretion. Additional fees may apply.

Surgery Cancellation Policy

Due to the planning and resources dedicated to your procedure, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation more than 3 weeks before surgery: Deposit is forfeited.

     

  • Cancellation between 3 weeks and 48 hours before surgery: 50% of total fees will be refunded.

     

  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before surgery: No refund.

     

Pre-Operative Requirements

To maintain your surgical date, all required forms, lab work, consents, and balance payments must be submitted at least  weeks before surgery. Failure to meet this deadline will result in your procedure being rescheduled, and a $1,000 rescheduling fee may apply.

All patients must:

  • Arrange for a responsible adult to accompany them home post-surgery.

  • Refrain from eating or drinking after midnight before surgery.

Non-compliance with these instructions may lead to cancellation on the day of surgery, forfeiture of fees, and the need to submit a new $2,000 deposit to reschedule.
